PROVIDE DETAILS OF ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR TRAVEL PARTY -
including yourself. This is a 5 bedroom
home and will accommodate 10 persons in the bedrooms. A Greco travel crib/cot is also provided.
This property is
licensed, insured and inspected as required by Hotel Accommodation State
Legislation.
The renter is
advised that all persons must be covered by personal travel/holiday/vacation
insurance.
Additionally

We will require pool heated up to 85°F @ up to
£95.00 inc 11% tax per week.
We will require the use of the safe @ £15 /$20 inc 11% tax per week (FREE if
booking more than 7 nights).
We will require the use of a gas B-B-Q @ £40/$52
inc tax + gas (a charcoal BBQ is provided free)
We
would like a late check out at 5 p.m. on the day of departure if
possible @ £40/$52 inc 11% tax .
I will submit payment for – I
understand that this is the booking deposit, and that the full rent of

-at which time the booking deposit becomes a refundable security deposit
which will be returned within 2weeks of the home being left in good order.

I understand that I am
responsible for complying with all Restrictions and Guidance relevant to the
prevailing COVID-19 crisis as published on the Florida COVID-19 website : https://www.flgov.com/covid-19/
Security Deposit
I
understand and agree that I am responsible for all loss or damage to the
property or its' inventory during the Rental Period and that Sunshine Villa
Florida or it’s agents can deduct sums from the security deposit to cover
eventualities. Examples: Non-return of keys, early arrival or late departure
charges, damage to the property (including odour damage caused by smoking or
pets in the home) or it's equipment, loss or breakage of inventory items.
Where
loss or damage to the Property, the Inventory, or equipment exceeds the amount of
the security deposit, Sunshine Villa Florida or it’s agents will bill the Guest
for the shortfall, and the Guest agrees to pay. In the event that the Guest
fails to pay any such shortfall, the Sunshine Villa Florida and it’s agents
reserves the right to exercise any legal remedies to pursue the amount owed
from the Guest.
