Our villa is situated in a quiet residential area

The games room: - converted from the 2-car garage in December 2006, with a 7ft pool/billiards table, 7ft air hockey, electronic darts, cable TV, Gamecube & games and DVD player, and 2 sofas.

Out and About !
The beach at Melbourne is approximately 70 miles away,
straight along Hwy 192 - you can't miss it
Go west about the same distance to the Gulf Coast, ST. Petersburg and Clearwater are equally beautiful-
